Terms of Service

By adding Somsri Bot ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use immediately.

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and be of the minimum age required by Discord to use the platform. By using the Bot you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Somsri Bot provides the following features:

• •Music playback and queue management in Discord voice channels.
• •Google Calendar integration — create, update, and read events via Discord commands.
• •Google OAuth 2.0 account linking to associate your Google account with your Discord identity.

You agree not to use the Bot to:

• ✕Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• ✕Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• ✕Spam commands or attempt to overload the Bot or its services.
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or gain unauthorised access to the Bot or its infrastructure.
• ✕Use the Bot for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

When you choose to link your Google account, you grant the Bot permission to access your Google Calendar on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time. The Bot will only perform actions that you explicitly request via Discord commands.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot or any of its features at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Bot, including any loss of data or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your Discord server.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
